Where is God??
I think I am feeling him in Baltimore! I am hearing such a message of hope and I am witnessing joy! Praise God!
Wife, mother, blogger, Catholic ministry. I love to garden even when it goes wrong. Same with writing (and we know it can go wrong.) Believing that God is present in all of it.
I have found that doing my yoga in full 80 minute sessions twice a week has made me much better focused and much more desirous of peace. So I want to put out there a little disclaimer about my rinky dink blog. I say rinky dink because I have been visiting many blogs lately and…
“I cannot do anything on my own; I judge as I hear, and my judgement is just, because I do not seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.” John 5:30When I read these words, it makes me remember the number of times that Jesus tells us that what is…
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,whose hope is the LORD.He is like a tree planted beside the watersthat stretches out its roots to the stream:It fears not the heat when it comes, its leaves stay green; In the year of drought it shows no distress, but still bears fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8 I have always had…

Awesome, Annette! Fr. Jim posted that Kicanas gave an inspiring talk on hope, talking for an hour without notes. Did you hear him, too? Pardon my persistence, but I really think you should get the group hug from Fr. Jim. Just march right up to him, and tell him you’ve come to get the group hug! Enjoy your time there. I hope you learn lots of good things. Yes, praise God. (=: Sara
I meant to say “BISHOP Kicanas.” I went to look for the spelling of his name and then forgot to put his title! So glad you got/gave the “group hug,” Annette. (=; Sara
Sara, I have been saying it wrong the whole time, I keep saying “Bishop….”and looking at a friend who will fill int he blank! Seems so wrong since he is such a gift to us!
