Please click the link to take you to a post from Fr. Martin’s FB page.  As most know, we are all bracing for Sandy here in the northeast…or as I really prefer to call it, Frankenstorm. (A hearty thankyou for the creator of that name!)  But here is a post that reminds us how the self-righteous love to think they can get into the mind of God (present company included) and create scenarios based in our limited experience.  Storms, especially, seem like perfect opportunities to assume we know how God views a certain people, behaviors or area’s.  But we don’t and we never will. As an aside, I owe Sandy a personal debt of gratitude for changing the conversation in these last weeks of the campaign.  Prayers for safety for all in it’s path.  As with everything else, remember that the storm passes…only God is constant.
