MInd, Body Spirit
Began a challenge. Wish me luck…I am beginning to feel my oats. Time to bring my body back around to where my mind and spirit are. Anyone want to join me?

Wife, mother, blogger, Catholic ministry. I love to garden even when it goes wrong. Same with writing (and we know it can go wrong.) Believing that God is present in all of it.
It feels as though in some ways we have been reliving and reliving that old Lenten feeling. Sure, we have had periodic reprieves where we are able to come up for air, bask in the sun and feel a little careless, but those days seem far too fleeting. Many of us have done our best…
An excellent video in response to the Newtown Conn massacre. The mystery is always present, the pain of the day may change us but our God knows our pain, knows the pain of those who are suffering most and is there holding them.I had a beautiful image come to me as I focused on the…

Ha! Well, for me it is weight loss and fitness, but each of us has a challenge, I think. It doesn’t always take the form of something obvious. So, is there something that you need to challenge yourself in? (Is that proper grammar?) If so, join me and we can check in on each other. I am just making myself accountable. Let me know what you decide!
I wondered if that might be the case. I need to be committed to that as well. Blessings and prayers as you meet the challenge that you have set for yourself.
