Matthew Fox

I found a new (to me) resource for us today!  Interestingly enough, this is the same theme that we have explored together before (not Rev. Fox and I but in our groups haha) regarding the Church, a scripture reference from John 12:24 about the seed dying to be reborn.  That is where I feel we are but I know that makes a lot of people nervous.  It shouldn’t.  We have the mystics and prophets to show us the way. It has been done before.  SO I am committing myself to learning more about them again as a way to understand who we are now and how we are suppose to be.  Many people will misunderstand this as an “attack” on the Church that I love, but it is not the same.  Just as with any relationship, it is a correcting so that we are on the right path for growth and witness.  It is a living out of our baptismal call to go to all nations and share the good news.  The good news is that we are in the midst of conversion.  That God is always calling us, acting through us, being with us.  It is up to us to be that face to a world in need of it, and to be aware of how God is present there, or calling us to be present there. 

I have a video to share with you!  So grateful for the brilliant and insightful people who use thier gifts to help all of  us!  There will be more to come.  Just beginning to explore this myself.
