Do You Believe In Miracles?
That is the question of the day. I do, I have been privy to them…I have been part of them. I am grateful to have the imagination to see the amazement in peoples eyes when Jesus presents them with the loaves and fish. Today I will be thankful for the ability to be open to the miracles in life. Good morning, Annette! I believe in miracles, too… have always believed that *everything* was a miracle. Now I’m making a leap of faith in these acts of Jesus, e.g. the loaves and fishes, as out-of-the-ordinary type miracles.
I understand what you mean Sara. When you walk through the world with a sense of wonder it is easy to see the world as a miracle in itself. But like you said, there are moments when there is simply something extraordinary. I think the people who were with Jesus that day saw something truly extraordinary. It is the only way to explain thier commitment to the mission after that. They saw something.
