MInd, Body Spirit
Began a challenge. Wish me luck…I am beginning to feel my oats. Time to bring my body back around to where my mind and spirit are. Anyone want to join me?
Wife, mother, blogger, Catholic ministry. I love to garden even when it goes wrong. Same with writing (and we know it can go wrong.) Believing that God is present in all of it.
So today was much more cheery than yesterday. I was carrying a lot of worry and anxiety….and it came to a head last night seeing pictures of people’s lives in devastation. I went to bed, as I always do when the world is too much. Of course it was 10pm. I woke to sunshine and birdsong…
I received an unexpected phone call yesterday from a family member who hasn’t communicated in three years; a self-imposed exile I guess. Our relationship has been tenuous for most of it, but there have also been good times. I always wonder if it is a good idea to reconnect and yet my instinct is to do…

Let me know what you decide!
I wondered if that might be the case. I need to be committed to that as well. Blessings and prayers as you meet the challenge that you have set for yourself.
