Another article, this one about the Archbishop who is going to head up the restructuring or whatever of the LWCS.  I can’t help but wonder what role we women play when the priests are in need of reprimand and getting back on track. Yet when I read this article, all I can think is “YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE WHEN DADDY GETS HOME!”  I mean, as if women religious who teach all of the children, don’t know the rules.  Where is the real dialogue?  I don’t blame the archbishop, he is going to most likely come under fire from the left and the right, but so many of our sisters are theologians too!  The whole thing makes me itch!  Am I wrong??

  1. Sorry I missed this last night, Annette. I’ve been thinking similar thoughts…. “where’s the real dialogue?” Amen! I think this our challenge. If different groups are going to coexist in the Church, we need to find ways of talking to each other…. and collaborating.
